CNBLUE's Jung Yong Hwa Saves Cha Tae Hyun From Danger Like A Prince Charming In Upcoming Comedy-Mystery Drama Poster

KBS2’s upcoming drama “Brain Cooperation” (literal translation) has dropped a new poster!

“Brain Cooperation” is a new brain science-themed comedy-mystery drama about two men who can’t stand each other, but who must work together to solve a crime case involving a rare brain disease. CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa still star as neuroscientist Shin Ha Ru, who possesses an exceptionally sharp brain, while Cha Tae Hyun will play the too-kind-for-his-own-good detective Geum Myung Se, who has the brain of a pushover.

In the newly released poster, Shin Ha Ru wears a stylish suit with black dress shoes and lifts up Geum Myung Se in his arms like a prince charming with a dignified appearance. On the other hand, Geum Myung Se grabs viewers’ attention in his sneakers and casual rider jacket by holding tightly on to Shin Ha Ru’s neck with a happy expression. On top of this, the text that reads, “The brain will save you,” (using a homophone to make the phrase sound like, “I will save you”) gives a hint at the connection between criminal investigation and neuroscience, raising anticipation for what kind of chemistry Shin Ha Ru and Geum Myung Se will showcase in the future.

The production team remarked, “In this poster, we put emphasis on Shin Ha Ru appearing like a comet at the moment of crisis and saving Geum Myung Se and the two being together. Please look forward to the neuroscience crime investigation comedy ‘Brain Cooperation’ in which Shin Ha Ru and Geum Myung Se, who have completely different inclinations and mindsets, will meet and become entangled with each other for some reason.”

“Brain Cooperation” will premiere on January 2 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
