Park Ju Hyun Watches Anxiously As Kim Young Dae Faces A Big Decision In "The Forbidden Marriage"

New stills previewing the final episodes of “The Forbidden Marriage” are teasing viewers with a sneak peek of the coming tension.

Based on the web novel, MBC’s “The Forbidden Marriage” is a romance drama starring Kim Young Dae as King Yi Heon, who falls deep into despair after the death of his wife (played by Kim Min Ju) and ends up prohibiting marriage in his kingdom. Seven years after the loss of his wife, who was then the crown princess, he comes across a con artist named So Rang (Park Ju Hyun) who claims that she can be possessed by the late princess’ spirit.

In episode 10, So Rang and Lee Shin Won (Kim Woo Seok) were furious upon finding out that Ye Hyun Hee (Song Ji Woo) still had a very high chance of being selected to be King Yi Heon’s wife despite Hwa Yoon (Jo Soo Min) also being selected as a candidate.

Related to this development, one of the newly released stills shows So Rang, Yi Heon, and Ye Hyun Hee gathered together in the place where the selection is proceeding underway. So Rang has entered the palace under the guise of being Hwa Yoon’s handmaid, and she and Ye Hyun Hee exchange sharp glares as they stand dressed in the same outfits designated for the selection candidates. Questions will definitely be raised about what So Rang’s plan is now that she has gotten into the palace and how exactly she managed to appear as a selection candidate.

Meanwhile, Yi Heon appears as dignified and mighty as ever ahead of the selection announcement. He stands atop the dais and speaks truthfully from his heart about his struggle to end the marriage ban. His words are sure to leave an impact, so viewers should get excited to hear what he has to say.

What will So Rang do to stop Ye Hyun Hee from winning the selection? Or will Ye Hyun Hee be chosen just as So Rang’s former evil stepmother Seo Woon Jung (Park Sun Young) intended?
