tvN has dropped an action-packed new teaser for its upcoming drama “Pandora: Beneath the Paradise”!

Penned by “The Penthouse” writer Kim Soon Ok and helmed by “One the Woman” director Choi Young Hoon, “Pandora: Beneath the Paradise” will tell the revenge story of a woman who comes to realize that her picture-perfect life is not what it seems.

Lee Ji Ah stars as Hong Tae Ra, a woman who has lost her memories but otherwise seems to have it all, with a life that anyone would envy. When her wealthy and successful husband Pyo Jae Hyun (played by Lee Sang Yoon) decides to run for president, Hong Tae Ra also finds herself entering the spotlight. However, when her memories begin to return, Hong Tae Ra realizes that her seemingly perfect life is actually a fabrication orchestrated by someone else as part of a devious grand plan.

The newly released teaser begins with Pyo Jae Hyun, the chairman of an IT company, voicing his political ambitions by asking, “What do you think it would be like if I entered the presidential race?” However, someone condescendingly asks him in voice-over, “Do you think you can even put up a fight?”

As it turns out, the confident and charming Pyo Jae Hyun faces more than one obstacle as he races towards his lofty goal of the presidency. When his wife Hong Tae Ra suddenly regains her memories of her hidden past, she realizes that his campaign is at risk—and she desperately urges someone, “Leave my husband alone. He doesn’t know about me.”

Amidst glimpses of a shocking car crash, the person who has been secretly pulling the puppet strings of Hong Tae Ra’s life menacingly declares, “They need to be gotten rid of.”

Determined to protect her husband at all costs, Hong Tae Ra gets into one vicious fight after another as she warns, “If you don’t want to die at my hands, don’t touch him.”

“Pandora: Beneath the Paradise” will premiere on March 11 at 9:10 p.m. KST. In the meantime, check out the new teaser below!
