February Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for girl groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various girl groups, using big data collected from January 12 to February 12.
NewJeans topped the list for the third consecutive month with a brand reputation index of 5,851,068 for February. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “OMG,” “YouTube,” and “Hype Boy,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “record,” “surpass,” and “become a fan.” NewJeans’ positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 86.13 percent positive reactions.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK maintained their position at second place with a brand reputation index of 4,928,763.
H1-KEY shot to third place in the rankings after seeing a whopping 1,872.60 percent increase in their score since January, bringing their total index to 2,994,726 for the month.
IVE came in at a close fourth, earning a brand reputation index of 2,789,385 for February.
Finally, LE SSERAFIM rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 2,671,223.
