HashTag To Promote With 5 Members After Dajeong And Aeji Leave Group

HashTag will promote as a five-member group moving forward.

On March 21, HashTag’s agency took to the group’s official social media accounts to announce their member reorganization. With the departures of Dajeong and Aeji, HashTag will move forward as a five-member group with Hyunji, Sua, Seungmin, Subin, and Sojin.

Hello, this is HashTag’s agency LUK Factory and AHigh. We are always grateful to the fans who love HashTag and want to make an announcement regarding their member reorganization.

Moving forward, group HashTag will promote as five members with Hyunji, Sua, Seungmin, Subin, and Sojin. Additionally, we inform you that as of today, Dajeong and Aeji will conclude their HashTag promotions.

We feel incredibly apologetic for causing concern to fans with this sudden news. We have come to this decision after a careful discussion within our company. We sincerely apologize to fans who may feel confused.

Currently, HashTag’s preparation schedule for their new song has been adjusted due to the reorganization and their comeback has inevitably been delayed to the end of May. The HashTag members are working constantly to carry out their planned activities and we promise to prioritize HashTag and actively support them in the future too.

Later, HashTag will grow even more and greet [their fan club] Happi with the heart of repaying fans who have waited a long time. We ask that you continue to love and energetically support HashTag, who will stand in front of you all with a new image.

HashTag made their debut as a seven-member group in October 2017 with “The Girl Next Door” and title track “Hue.” Last December, HashTag announced their first comeback in nearly four years, which was originally set for March and has now been postponed to May.
