BTS's Jimin Tops Oricon's Daily Album Chart + Enters Spotify's Global Top 50 At No. 2 With "FACE" And "Like Crazy"

BTS’s Jimin continues to achieve amazing things with his solo debut!

On March 26, BIGHIT MUSIC officially announced that Jimin’s solo debut album “FACE” had debuted at No. 1 on Oricon’s daily album chart after selling 222,120 copies in Japan alone on the first day of its release.

Jimin’s title track “Like Crazy” also debuted at No. 1 on Oricon’s daily digital singles chart, which his pre-release track “Set Me Free Pt.2” previously topped last week. Notably, all of the tracks from “FACE” made the top 10 of the chart: “Set Me Free Pt.2” stayed strong at No. 3, while “Face-off” debuted at No. 4, “Like Crazy (English Version)” at No. 5, “Alone” at No. 6, and “Interlude : Dive” at No. 7.

Meanwhile, over on Spotify, Jimin achieved his biggest debut yet on the platform. “Like Crazy (English Version)” debuted at No. 2 on Spotify’s daily Global Top Songs chart after racking up an impressive 6,634,838 filtered streams on its first day.

Additionally, all of Jimin’s songs from “FACE” entered the top 100 of Spotify’s global chart, with “Set Me Free Pt.2” at No. 8, “Face-off” at No. 35, “Alone” at No. 44, and “Interlude : Dive” at No. 62.

“FACE” previously topped iTunes charts in 111 different regions within the first 20 hours of its release, and it also made Jimin the first solo artist in Hanteo history to surpass 1 million first-day sales of an album.
