Kim Jae Won And Choi Hwa Jung Bring Important Skills To Team Karma In 'Stealer: The Treasure Keeper'

“Stealer: The Treasure Keeper” has dropped previews of Team Karma members Lee Jae Won and Choi Hwa Jung!

tvN’s “Stealer: The Treasure Keeper” is an upcoming caper comic action drama in which a mysterious cultural asset thief Skunk and an unofficial heritage redemption team known as Team Karma collaborate to fight against those who cannot be judged by the law. Joo Won will be taking on the double role of both Hwang Dae Myung, a civil servant of the Cultural Heritage Administration, and the mysterious cultural asset thief Skunk.

For Team Karma’s unofficial yet extraordinary team mission of recovering national treasures, Lee Jae Won portrays playful maknae Shin Chang Hoon while Choi Hwa Jung plays a genius hacker named Lee Chun Ja.

Shin Chang Hoon is the superintendent of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency Cultural Assets team and former detective of the Violent Crimes team. With impressive combat skills, Shin Chang Hoon is Team Karma’s critical weapon and was specially chosen by their leader Jang Tae In (Jo Han Chul) for their mission to arrest cultural asset thieves.

Although Shin Chang Hoon is clearly a tough character, his warmth, loyalty, and sense of duty are other key aspects of his personality. In his first still, Shin Chang Hoon looks triumphant, as if he’s already caught a criminal. The next photo captures his young and innocent energy, teasing the character’s contrasting sides as Team Karma’s weapon and mood maker.

Lee Chun Ja is Skunk’s secret partner and an elite who was called to work for the country because of the hacking program she developed for fun as a student. She is a talented woman who boasts high intelligence, impressive hacking skills, financial literacy, and wealth, thanks to the future stocks she bought in advance which easily cover the costs of manufacturing her special equipment. Viewers are curious to find out how Lee Chun Ja became Skunk’s partner and ended up joining Team Karma.

Both of Lee Chun Ja’s stills capture her playful smile that is paired with her sharp gaze, showing that she is not here to play around. Stay tuned to discover how Lee Chun Ja is able to read others and what strategies she’ll bring to Team Karma’s important mission.

“Stealer: The Treasure Keeper” will premiere on April 12 at 10:30 p.m. KST and you can watch a teaser here!
