Soompi's K-Pop Music Chart 2023, April Week 1

BTS’s Jimin has scored the new No. 1 song this week! His song “Set Me Free Pt.2” moves up 20 spots to the top this week. Congratulations to Jimin!

“Set Me Free Pt.2” is a pre-released single from Jimin’s first solo album “FACE.” It is a hip hop genre song that conveys the determination of moving forward freely while saving oneself and shaking off the pain, sadness, emptiness, and various emotions within.

NewJeans’s “OMG,” which dominated our chart for the first quarter of 2023, drops one spot to No. 2. The song has spent a total of eight weeks on top.

Debuting at No. 3 is NMIXX’s “Love Me Like This,” making it their highest charting song so far. The title track from NMIXX’s first mini album “expérgo,” “Love Me Like This” is an R&B pop song that captures the true process of connection and change of people who learn to love themselves as well as learn to love each other through wisdom, love, and courage.
