IVE Becomes 1st Group In History To Score Perfect All-Kills With 2 Songs Within 3 Weeks

IVE has just achieved a historic feat on the Korean music charts!

On April 23 at a.m. KST, Instiz’s iChart officially announced that IVE’s new title track “I AM” had scored a perfect all-kill, meaning that it has completely swept the domestic music charts.

Notably, only two songs released in 2023 have achieved perfect all-kills so far this year—and they both belong to IVE. Earlier this month, the group’s hit pre-release track “Kitsch” became the first song of 2023 to earn a perfect all-kill on the Korean charts.

With this achievement, IVE has become the first group in history to have two different songs score perfect all-kills in the same month: “Kitsch” achieved its first perfect all-kill on April 3, meaning it took IVE less than three weeks to repeat the feat with another song.

“I AM” is also IVE’s third song to earn a perfect all-kill in just over seven months—their first was “After LIKE,” which reached perfect all-kill status back in September.

A song is awarded a certified all-kill when it is No. 1 on the daily and Top 100 charts of Melon, the daily and realtime charts of Genie and Bugs, YouTube Music’s Top Songs chart, VIBE’s daily chart, and the realtime charts of FLO and iChart. A perfect all-kill means the song has also topped iChart’s weekly chart.

Congratulations to IVE on their amazing achievement!
