BAE173's Nam Dohyon Files Injunction Against Agency For Suspension Of Contract

BAE173 member Nam Dohyon has applied for the suspension of his exclusive contract with his agency.

On April 28, it was reported that Nam Dohyon recently filed an application for provisional injunction asking for the suspension of his exclusive contract against his agency PocketDol Studio. The first interrogation was completed on April 26.

Nam Dohyon filed for an injunction due to differences in opinion with the agency regarding the fulfillment of exclusive contract obligations. The decision on whether to accept or reject the request for injunction will be made in late May or early June.

In response to the report, PocketDol Studio briefly commented, “It is true that we are in a [legal] dispute.”

Nam Dohyon, who first debuted as a member of the “Produce X 101” project group X1 in 2019, went on to make his debut as a member of BAE173 in 2020. In October of last year, he was announced to go on hiatus from BAE173 activities due to health concerns. In the recent JTBC idol competition show “Peak Time,” BAE173 participated as Team 13:00 without Nam Dohyon.
