Watch: Cho Hyun Min And Cho Han Gyul Prove Opposites Attract In Posters And Teaser For New BL Drama "Love Mate"
Upcoming BL drama “Love Mate” has unveiled its main posters and teaser featuring its two leads!
“Love Mate” tells an office romance between a cold iron-clad team leader Seo Lee Joon (Cho Hyun Min) who does not believe in true love and a pure new employee Jeong Ha Ram (Cho Han Gyul) who is straightforward in his pursuit of love.
Cho Hyun Min will take the role of Seo Lee Joon, the team leader of So What Media’s planning and content production team, who was once hurt by love and now only pursues one-time meetings. Seo Lee Joon claims he doesn’t believe in dating, but deep in his heart, he dreams of true love and only builds iron walls around him because he doesn’t want to get hurt again. Seo Lee Joon’s life begins to turn upside down when new employee Jeong Ha Ram is so open about his interest in him.
Cho Han Gyul will be playing Jeong Ha Ram, the company’s new employee who joins Seo Lee Joon’s team. After falling in love with Seo Lee Joon at first sight, Jeong Ha Ram doesn’t waste his time and expresses his love for Seo Lee Joon straight away. Pure and earnest about finding true love, Jeong Ha Ram struggles to win the heart of Seo Lee Joon who is skeptical of love.
The posters preview Seo Lee Joon and Jeong Ha Ram having adorable dates. While the first poster shows the two gradually becoming closer as they playfully joke around while taking sticker photos, the other poster depicts their heartwarming bicycle date under green trees and blue sky.
The accompanying teaser begins with Jeong Ha Ram professing his love to Seo Lee Joon. Despite being famous in the company as someone who doesn’t believe in love, Seo Lee Joon surprises Jeong Ha Ram when he makes an unconventional suggestion to him, “Let’s be date mates.” As the trailer further hints that their dates will slowly take their relationship to the next step, attention is high to see how Jeong Ha Ram will change Seo Lee Joon’s perspective and beliefs of love.
