Woo Do Hwan Turns Cold Towards WJSN’s Bona In “Joseon Attorney”
MBC’s “Joseon Attorney” is a drama starring Woo Do Hwan as Kang Han Soo, an oejibu (an attorney in the Joseon dynasty) who seeks to avenge the death of his parents through a trial. WJSN’s Bona stars as idealistic princess Lee Yeon Joo, who also seeks to avenge her father using the law, while VIXX‘s Cha Hak Yeon (N) plays her fiancé Yoo Ji Seon, the Joseon-era equivalent of their city’s mayor.
On the previous episode of “Joseon Attorney,” Ji Seon shocked everyone by revealing Yeon Joo’s true identity, and Han Soo learned for the first time that Yeon Joo was actually a princess.
In newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming episode, Han Soo and Yeon Joo share a tearful confrontation as Han Soo struggles with his feelings of betrayal in the wake of this newfound knowledge.
Even as Yeon Joo gives Han Soo a letter related to his father’s death, Han Soo—who has turned cold towards Yeon Joo—begins questioning her about that fateful day, as he is no longer able to trust her. Eventually, when he remains unyielding despite her best efforts to persuade him, the heartbroken Yeon Joo begins to tear up.
