On June 5 at 6 p.m. KST, Taeyong dropped his first mini album “SHALALA” along with the music video for the title track of the same name.

Taeyong participated in composing and writing the lyrics for “SHALALA,” which is a hip hop song with Taeyong’s witty rap lyrics and an addictive chorus. The song conveys the confident message that “we can all shine anywhere we are.”

On May 15 at midnight KST, Taeyong officially announced the date and details of his highly-anticipated solo debut. The idol will be releasing his first mini album “SHALALA” on June 5 at 6 p.m. KST.

Although many of the NCT members—including Taeyong—have released their own solo tracks before, Taeyong will be the first to make an official solo debut with an album of his own.
