Han Ji Eun In Talks Along With Hwang Minhyun For Drama Based On Webtoon "Study Group"
Han Ji Eun may be starring in a new drama with Hwang Minhyun!
On June 7, industry representatives reported that Han Ji Eun will be starring in TVING’s orginal series “Study Group” (literal title) as the lead. In response to the report, Han Ji Eun’s agency SECRET ENT commented, “Han Ji Eun received an offer to star in ‘Study Group,’ and she is positively reviewing the offer.”
Based on the webtoon of the same name, “Study Group” follows the life of student Yoon Ga Min, who wants to be good at studying but is only good at fighting, as he forms a study group at the worst school on earth and tells a fierce story about college entrance exams. Previously, Hwang Minhyun was revealed to be in talks to play the lead Yoon Ga Min.
Han Ji Eun is reportedly in talks to play Yoon Ga Min’s teacher Lee Han Kyung. During her university days, Lee Han Kyung tutored Yoon Ga Min, and she will reunite with Yoon Ga Min when she is appointed as a temporary teacher at Yoon Ga Min’s school Yusung Technical High School.
