"We Got Married" PD To Launch New Dating Reality Show

The producing director (PD) of “We Got Married” is returning with a new dating show!

On June 16, MBC announced, “New variety program ‘School Ties’ [literal translation] has been scheduled for the second half of the year.”

“School Ties” is a reality program about memories of one’s school days which we all have, the innocence of those days, and finding love that transcends the past to connect to the present. Based on the curiosity of “I wonder how that friend from school is doing now?” this show will recruit contestants along with their graduation photos, scrapbooks, letters, and more to revisit their memories. Contestants will discover new love at this special reunion where they’ll feel both a familiar friendliness and an unfamiliar excitement.

MBC’s “School Ties” will be directed by PD Oh Mi Kyung, who previously directed “We Got Married” and also worked on “Infinite Challenge.”
