FIFTY FIFTY Becomes 1st K-Pop Girl Group To Enter UK Official Singles Chart For 13 Weeks
FIFTY FIFTY has made history on the UK Official Charts!
On June 23 local time, the United Kingdom’s Official Charts (typically regarded as the U.K. equivalent to Billboard’s U.S. charts) released their Official Singles Chart for the week of June 23 to 29.
For the second straight week, FIFTY FIFTY’s viral hit “Cupid” has landed in No. 16, which marks their ninth straight week in the top 20. This is also the 13th straight week that “Cupid” has entered this ranking, making FIFTY FIFTY the longest-charting K-pop girl group in UK Official Singles Chart history.
Last month, “Cupid” broke the record for longest-charting non-collab K-pop girl group song with its eighth week on the chart. Just last week, the song tied “Kiss and Make Up” by BLACKPINK and Dua Lipa for longest-charting K-pop girl group song at 12 weeks. Now, “Cupid” is the lone K-pop girl group song to record 13 weeks on the UK Official Singles Chart.
Congratulations to FIFTY FIFTY!
