Taecyeon And Won Ji An Have A Shocking First Encounter In Upcoming Vampire Romance Drama "Heartbeat"
KBS2’s upcoming fantasy rom-com “Heartbeat” is gearing up for its premiere!
“Heartbeat” is a new fantasy romance drama starring 2PM’s Taecyeon as Seon Woo Hyul, who is half-human and half-vampire. Although he desperately wants to become human, he misses his chance because of one fateful day out of 100 years. He eventually winds up moving in together with Joo In Hae (Won Ji An), a cold-blooded woman who lacks humanity despite being fully human.
In the newly released stills, vampire Seon Woo Hyul seems to be shocked as he looks into a mirror. One of the characteristics of vampires is that their faces are not reflected in the mirror while humans are. Seon Woo Hyul, who wakes up from almost 100 years of sleep in a coffin to become a human, checks his face in a mirror and becomes devastated.
Joo In Hae, who heads to the basement of the house that she inherited from her father, also cannot hide her bafflement after she sees something. Her shocked expression and shaking eyes suggest that something strange is going on.
Subtle tension between Seon Woo Hyul and Joo In Hae who are facing each other makes viewers curious to find out what will happen to the two.
The production team remarked, “A vampire and a human—please pay attention to the somewhat absurd yet heart-throbbing first encounter between the two and their stories that will unfold in the future.”
