NCT Announces Reality Show "NCT Universe : LASTART" For Formation Of New Team

The debut journey of a new NCT team will be broadcast through a reality show!

On June 30, NCT announced the launch of the pre-debut reality show “NCT Universe : LASTART” which will share a glimpse of the creation process of NCT New Team (tentative name) from member selection to final team formation.

“LASTART” in the program name is a compound word of LAST and START, meaning the end of NCT’s infinite expansion and the beginning of a new team. It is a project to introduce a new NCT team, which is one of the three rookie teams mentioned in the previously released “SM 3.0: NEW IP 2023” video, and is also the final chapter of NCT’s expansion.

Male trainees participating in “NCT Universe : LASTART” will be selected as debut members through missions. BoA and Eunhyuk will be “artist directors” who host the show and judge performances, and other artists from SM Entertainment will appear in each episode to participate in and support the program.

“NCT Universe : LASTART” will premiere on July 27 in Korea, Japan, and the United States, simultaneously. Stay tuned for more updates!
