2PM’s Taecyeon and Won Ji An will be getting closer on the next episode of “Heartbeat”!

“Heartbeat” is a new KBS fantasy romance drama starring Taecyeon as Seon Woo Hyul, who is half-human and half-vampire. Although he desperately wants to become human, he misses his chance because of one fateful day out of 100 years. He eventually winds up moving in together with Joo In Hae (Won Ji An), a cold-blooded woman who lacks humanity despite being fully human.

On the first two episodes of “Heartbeat,” Seon Woo Hyul’s attempt to become human was inadvertently foiled by Joo In Hae, who happened to wake him up from his 100-year slumber a day too early. At the end of the second episode, Seon Woo Hyul offered to let Joo In Hae stay with him, signaling the start of a life-changing relationship between the vampire and human.

In newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming third episode, the dynamic between the two characters undergoes an unexpected change. Some of the photos capture the duo staring at each other in surprise, with a charged tension filling the air between them.

However, in another photo, Seon Woo Hyul holds Joo In Hae in his arms as she squeezes her eyes shut—raising the question of how the two wound up in such an intimate position.
