Singer Yoon Sang's Son Reported To Debut In New Group With Sungchan And Shotaro + SM Briefly Comments

Singer Yoon Sang’s son may be debuting in a new boy group!

On July 18, Sports Chosun reported that Yoon Sang’s eldest child Lee Chan Young will be debuting as a member of SM Entertainment’s new boy group with members including Sungchan, Shotaro, Eunseok, and Seunghan.

In response to the report, SM Entertainment briefly commented, “Information about the rookie boy group will be revealed on August 1. Please look forward to it.”

Yoon Sang is a legendary Korean musician who was also known as Lovelyz’s main producer. His first son Lee Chan Young, born in 2003, previously gained attention through his appearances on variety shows with his father. In 2018 on the SBS variety show “Single Wife 2,” Lee Chan Young was shown as an aspiring swimmer living in New Jersey with his family.

Lee Chan Young is now reported to be debuting as a member of SM Entertainment’s upcoming rookie boy group, who recently filmed their debut music video.
