Watch: Rowoon And Jo Bo Ah Are Inexplicably Drawn To Each Other In "Destined With You" Teaser
JTBC’s “Destined With You” has unveiled its first teaser!
“Destined With You” is a fantasy romance which will tell the love story of civil servant Lee Hong Jo (Jo Bo Ah) who obtains a forbidden book sealed 300 years ago and ace lawyer Jang Shin Yu (SF9’s Rowoon) who becomes a victim of the forbidden book. The drama will be penned by “100 Days My Prince” writer No Ji Sul and helmed by director Nam Ki Hoon of “Oh My Baby” and “Voice 3.”
The newly released teaser previews the fated first meeting between Lee Hong Jo and Jang Shin Yu. The two are inexplicably drawn to each other and unable to take their gazes off one another. Jang Shin Yu narrates, “My heart is beating. I thought that my heart was melting.”
Lee Hong Jo remarks, “Jang Shin Yu, I guess the talisman is not very effective yet,” and scenes of their past lives are shown in succession, giving viewers a glimpse of a wooden box with a mysterious forbidden book as well as an affectionate couple from about 300 years ago. The teaser raises curiosity for Lee Hong Jo and Jang Shin Yu’s connection and what secret is hidden behind the forbidden book.
