Kim Jin Woo Gives An Unexpected Response To Kim So Hye In "My Lovely Boxer"

KBS2’s “My Lovely Boxer” has unveiled new stills ahead of tonight’s broadcast!

Based on the award-winning novel of the same name, “My Lovely Boxer” is a new drama about a genius boxer named Lee Kwon Sook (Kim So Hye) and a cold-blooded sports agent named Kim Tae Young (Lee Sang Yeob), who doesn’t feel guilty about match fixing or resorting to any means necessary for the success of his athletes. WINNER’s Kim Jin Woo stars as Lee Kwon Sook’s first love and preschool vice principal Han Jae Min.

Previously, due to Kim Tae Young’s actions, Lee Kwon Sook’s peers at the preschool learned of her true identity, and she decided not to go to work for a while due to the reporters and fans who came visiting the preschool.

The newly released stills depict Lee Kwon Sook and Han Jae Min reuniting for the first time since the big commotion. Having reunited with Jae Min, who she missed seeing, Kwon Sook smiles brightly as if she has forgotten the whirlwind of events that she recently faced.

In order to never have to participate in boxing again, Lee Kwon Sook resolves to participate in a match-fixing game, raising curiosity as she leaves a meaningful message to Jae Min.

Lee Kwon Sook tosses Jae Min an unexpected question, and Jae Min surprises Kwon Sook with an answer she did not anticipate. With Jae Min’s shocking response, Kwon Sook wears an empty expression as if her world has fallen apart.

The next episode of “My Lovely Boxer” will air on August 28 at 9:45 p.m. KST.
