TXT Breaks Their 1st-Week Sales Record With

TXT is soaring to new heights with their latest album!

Last week, TXT made their highly-anticipated comeback with their new album “The Name Chapter: FREEFALL” and its catchy title track “Chasing That Feeling” on October 13. Within five days, the album had already sold over 2 million copies, making it TXT’s fastest album to surpass 2 million sales.

Hanteo Chart has now reported that “The Name Chapter: FREEFALL” went on to sell an impressive total of 2,251,959 copies in the first week of its release (October 13 to 19), breaking TXT’s previous first-week sales record of 2,180,889 (set by “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” earlier this year).

TXT is currently the artist with the fifth-highest first-week sales in Hanteo history, following Stray Kids, SEVENTEEN, NCT DREAM, and BTS.

“The Name Chapter: FREEFALL” also debuted at No. 1 on Oricon’s weekly album chart earlier this week, making TXT the first foreign artist in history to top the chart with 9 consecutive albums.

Congratulations to TXT on their new personal record!
