Kim Young Dae And Pyo Ye Jin Pick Points To Look Forward To In

The leads of ENA’s upcoming drama “Moon in the Day” have shared points that viewers should focus on while watching the drama!

Based on a hit webtoon, “Moon in the Day” tells a chilling and heartbreaking love story that spans 1,500 years. Moving back and forth between the past and present, the drama will follow a man for whom time has stopped after being killed by his lover and a woman who has lost her memories of her past life and continues to “flow like a river.”

Kim Young Dae will take on the dual roles of Han Jun Oh, a well-known top star in Korea, and Do Ha, an elite noble of the Silla Dynasty. Pyo Ye Jin will play the dual roles of Kang Young Hwa, a firefighter-turned-bodyguard, and Han Ri Ta, the sole survivor of a noble family from Daegaya (a city-state) in the Silla Dynasty.

Ahead of the drama’s premiere, here are the key points hand-picked by the two leads for viewers to focus on:

The special relationships between Do Ha-Han Ri Ta and Han Jun Oh-Kang Young Hwa

Kim Young Dae chose the past relationship between Do Ha and Han Ri Ta, as well as the present-day relationship between Han Jun Oh and Kang Young Hwa, as the main point viewers should pay attention to in “Moon in The Day.” He commented, “I think it would be good to focus on the characters’ emotions and the events that unfold within their relationships.”

As a Silla general and the daughter of a top-ranking Daegaya general, Do Ha and Han Ri Ta are entangled in a complicated relationship because they stand on opposing sides. The two inevitably fall in love and meet a tragic end.

On the other hand, Han Jun Oh and Kang Young Hwa, who “reunite” in the present day as a star and a firefighter, will have a bickering relationship when Kang Young Hwa becomes Han Jun Oh’s bodyguard after an unexpected accident.

The connections between the past and present lives of the characters

Pyo Ye Jin emphasized the connection between the characters’ past and present lives as the focal point of the drama. She shared, “I think it will be fun for viewers to watch while wondering what kind of deep background stories the characters have and why their lives have been intertwined for so long.”

“Moon in the Day” premieres on November 1 at 9 p.m. KST and will be available to watch on Viki.
