Rowoon Sits Face-To-Face With Park Ji Young For Secret Conversation In "The Matchmakers"

KBS2’s “The Matchmakers” has unveiled new stills!

“The Matchmakers” tells the story of the meeting between the young widower Shim Jung Woo (Rowoon) and young widow Jung Soon Deok (Cho Yi Hyun) as well as the struggle the two go through together to marry off Joseon era’s unmarried women and men who are considered older than the typical prime age range.

Previously, it was revealed that Park So Hyun (Park Ji Young), also known as Mrs. Park, used a type of poison that leaves no evidence to drive Crown Prince Lee Jae (Hong Dong Young) out of the palace. Shim Jung Woo also suspected the same poison to be the cause of Princess Hyo Jung’s (Park Chae Young’s) death, raising tension.

Amidst this situation, the newly released stills capture a secretive meeting between Shim Jung Woo and Mrs. Park. Shim Jung Woo does not hide his mixed emotions while Mrs. Park maintains a poker face with subtle charisma. Viewers are curious to find out what kind of conversation they will have in the upcoming episode.
