BTS's Jungkook Simultaneously Charts 4 Songs In Top 50 Of UK's Official Singles Chart As

BTS’s Jungkook is enjoying unprecedented success in the United Kingdom!

On November 10 local time, the Official Charts (widely regarded as the U.K. equivalent to Billboard’s U.S. charts) announced that Jungkook’s new solo title track “Standing Next to You” had debuted at No. 6 on its Official Singles Chart.

With this new entry, Jungkook has extended his own record as the Korean solo artist with the most top 10 entries on the Official Singles Chart. He is now the first Korean soloist to boast four top 10 entries, having entered the top 10 with “Seven” (featuring Latto), “3D” (featuring Jack Harlow), “Too Much” (his collab with The Kid LAROI and Central Cee), and “Standing Next to You” within a span of just four months.

Jungkook also currently holds the record for the highest debut of any song by a Korean soloist on the Official Singles Chart (set by his official solo debut single “Seven,” which entered the chart at No. 3 earlier this year).

Additionally, Jungkook pulled off the impressive feat of simultaneously charting four different songs in the top 50 this week: in addition to “Standing Next to You” debuting at No. 6, “Seven” re-entered the chart at No. 35, while “Too Much” stayed strong at No. 42 and “3D” climbed back up to No. 45.

Meanwhile, Jungkook’s solo album “GOLDEN” debuted at No. 3 on the Official Albums Chart, setting a new record for the highest ranking ever achieved by a Korean solo artist.

Congratulations to Jungkook!
