"The Matchmakers" To Only Air 1 Episode Next Week
“The Matchmakers” will only be airing one new episode next week.
On November 17, KBS2’s “The Matchmakers” confirmed that the upcoming November 21 broadcast of episode 8 will be postponed due to the broadcast of the South Korea versus China match for the second round of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification.
“The Matchmakers” tells the story of the meeting between the young widower Shim Jung Woo (Rowoon) and young widow Jung Soon Deok (Cho Yi Hyun) as well as the struggle the two go through together to marry off Joseon era’s unmarried women and men who are considered older than the typical prime age range.
The next episode of “The Matchmakers” will air on November 20 at 9:45 p.m. KST.
