Son Ho Jun Is Choi So Yul's Doting Father In "My Happy Ending"

TV Chosun’s upcoming drama “My Happy Ending” has shared brand-new stills of Son Ho Jun!

“My Happy Ending” tells the story of a woman named Seo Jae Won (Jang Nara), who is obsessed with and chases after success following her unfortunate childhood, trying to escape from her unhealthy desires and obsessions.

Son Ho Jun will play the role of Seo Jae Won’s husband Heo Soon Young, a freelance designer and industrial design professor who gets swept up in his wife’s intense desires. Heo Soon Young is a warm and easygoing individual who rarely loses his temper. He is a devoted husband to Seo Jae Won and a doting father to his daughter Heo Ah Rin (Choi So Yul), and he prioritizes his family above all else.

The newly released stills depict doting dad Heo Soon Young spending time with his daughter Heo Ah Rin. In the first photo, both Heo Soon Young and his daughter hold a finger to their lips in a shushing motion, as if making a secret promise to one another.

In the next photo, a smiling Heo Soon Young appears pleasantly surprised and moved by his daughter’s words.

Later, a smiling Heo Soon Young is unable to take his eyes off his chattering daughter as he personally feeds her breakfast. He affectionately indulges her, attentively listening to her and responding to each of her remarks.

The production team of “My Happy Ending” commented, “Son Ho Jun is perfectly portraying the affectionate father Heo Soon Young with his natural and realistic acting.” They added, “Please look forward to the acting transformation of Son Ho Jun, who will show a new kind of charm through his portrayal of doting dad Heo Soon Young.”

“My Happy Ending” is set to premiere in December 30 and will be available on Viki.
