MBC’s “The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract” has unveiled new stills with just two episodes remaining!

Based on the web novel of the same name, MBC’s “The Story of Park’s Marriage Contract” is a time-slip romance drama about the contractual marriage between bachelor Kang Tae Ha (Bae In Hyuk) and Park Yeon Woo (Lee Se Young), who has traveled to modern day from 19th century Joseon.

Previously in episode 10, Park Yeon Woo was engulfed by a storm of emotions after hearing the tragic news from Chun Myung (Lee Young Jin) that if she does not return to Joseon, Kang Tae Ha’s heart will stop just like it did in her previous life in Joseon.

The newly released stills depict Park Yeon Woo and Kang Tae Ha giving Sa Wol (Joo Hyun Young) a gift. Sa Wol looks completely shocked before pulling Park Yeon Woo in for a tight hug. Hong Sung Pyo (Jo Bok Rae) is also touched by their gift and hugs a rather reluctant Kang Tae Ha. Viewers are curious to find out what gift could have touched Sa Wol and Hong Sung Pyo so much.

During the filming for this scene, the cast appeared on set with bright greetings, chatting lightheartedly and filming with great reactions and smooth ad-libs. Lee Se Young and Joo Hyun Young expressed their characters’ gratitude toward one another with their gazes while Bae In Hyuk and Jo Bok Rae highlighted their adorable and comical chemistry.

The production team shared, “This scene showcases the chemistry between Lee Se Young and Joo Hyun Young as well as between Bae In Hyuk and Jo Bok Rae, and it will be one of the most heartwarming scenes with the four together. In episode 11, changes will come to not only the relationship of the Park-Ha couple but also the people around them. Please keep careful watch of what changes will occur.”
