"Noryang: Deadly Sea" Surpasses 4 Million Moviegoers + Stars Express Gratitude

“Noryang: Deadly Sea” has reached a new box office milestone!

According to the Korean Film Council, “Noryang: Deadly Sea” officially surpassed 4 million moviegoers on January 6 at 11 a.m. KST. The film was originally released on December 20, 2023, meaning that it took less than 18 days to hit the 4 million mark.

To celebrate the achievement, director Kim Han Min and many of the film’s stars shared photos thanking the 4 million moviegoers who went to see “Noryang: Deadly Sea” in theaters. Check out their new photos below!

“Noryang: Deadly Sea” is the third and final installment in director Kim Han Min’s trilogy about battles led by the legendary general Lee Soon Shin, following the hit films “The Admiral: Roaring Currents” and “Hansan: Rising Dragon.”
