NCT's Haechan To Sit Out NCT 127's Concert Today Due To Health

NCT’s Haechan will not be performing at NCT 127’s concert in Nagoya tonight.

On January 7, SM Entertainment officially announced that due to health concerns, Haechan would be sitting out NCT 127’s “NEO CITY : JAPAN – THE UNITY” concert at the Vantelin Dome Nagoya scheduled for later that day.

In addition to the concert, Haechan will also be sitting out today’s meet-and-greet at the venue.

As for whether Haechan will be able to perform at NCT 127’s second concert at the Nagoya Dome on January 8, SM Entertainment has stated that they will be making another announcement regarding his participation at a later time.

SM Entertainment’s full statement is as follows:

Hello.

We are informing you that because [NCT 127] member Haechan was diagnosed by a doctor with a high fever and flu-like symptoms due to a cold, he will not be participating in NCT 127’s “NEO CITY : JAPAN – THE UNITY” concert that will take place on January 7 at Japan’s Vantelin Dome Nagoya.

We apologize for giving you cause for concern through this sudden news. [Haechan] will also be unable to participate in the Meet & Greet scheduled for today, and we ask for fans’ generous understanding in this regard.

Regarding [Haechan’s] participation in the concert that will take place on January 8, we will make another announcement later on. We will consider Haechan’s recovery our top priority and do our utmost to ensure that he can focus fully on his recovery.
