ATEEZ Goes Platinum In Japan For 1st Time With

ATEEZ and LE SSERAFIM have both earned official certifications from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) for their latest release!

On March 8, the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) announced its latest batch of official album certifications. According to the RIAJ’s certification thresholds, albums are certified gold at 100,000 units shipped and platinum at 250,000.

Despite having been released at the very end of the month, ATEEZ’s new Japanese single album “NOT OKAY”—which was just released on February 28—has already been certified platinum for over 250,000 units shipped in Japan during the month of February.

Notably, “NOT OKAY” is ATEEZ’s first album to go platinum in Japan.

Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM’s new Korean mini album “EASY” was officially certified gold for over 100,000 units shipped in Japan alone.

“EASY” is LE SSERAFIM’s second Korean album to go gold in Japan, following their 2023 studio album “UNFORGIVEN”—and their fourth overall, including their Japanese releases.

Congratulations to both ATEEZ and LE SSERAFIM!
