"Wonderful World" Finale's Running Time Extended To 90 Minutes
MBC’s “Wonderful World” has extended its series finale!
On April 9, MBC announced that “Wonderful World” had extended the running time of its final episode to 90 minutes. As a result, the finale will air 10 minutes earlier than usual: instead of airing at 9:50 p.m. KST, Episode 14 will begin airing at 9:40 p.m. KST on April 13.
Meanwhile, Episode 13 will air in its usual time slot at 9:50 p.m. KST on April 12.
The “Wonderful World” production team remarked, “In Episodes 13 and 14, which will serve as a final flourish, a mystery plot twist that has been hidden up until now will rise to the surface, and the punishment of the cruel politician Kim Joon will unfold.”
“Accordingly, after much deliberation, we decided to extend the running time [of the finale] in order to properly convey the characters’ stories,” they continued. “We will repay the viewers’ support with a final episode that is even more solid.”
The final two episodes of “Wonderful World” will air on April 12 at 9:50 p.m. KST and April 13 at 9:40 p.m. KST.
