"Chief Detective 1958" Soars To Its Highest Ratings Yet + "The Escape Of The Seven: Resurrection" Rises
MBC’s new drama “Chief Detective 1958” is on the rise!
On April 26, the new “Chief Inspector” prequel starring Lee Je Hoon and Lee Dong Hwi climbed to its highest viewership ratings yet for its third episode. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest broadcast of “Chief Detective 1958” scored an average nationwide rating of 10.8 percent, making it the most-watched show of any kind to air on Friday.
Meanwhile, SBS’s “The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection” kicked off the second half of its run on a rise in viewership. The drama earned an average nationwide rating of 3.8 percent, marking a significant jump of 1.5 percent from its previous episode last Saturday.
