SHINee's Taemin Announces Official Fan Club Name

SHINee’s Taemin has announced his official fan club name!

On May 8, Taemin announced recruitment for his official fan club TAEMate, which combines “Taemin” and “Mate,” a word meaning close friend. TAEMate represents the idea of being Taemin’s closest friend.

Earlier on April 1, it was confirmed that Taemin joined Big Planet Made Entertainment after 16 years with SM Entertainment. While Taemin will still continue group activities as SHINee under SM Entertainment, Taemin’s solo activities will be managed by Big Planet Made Entertainment going forward.
