Park Ji Hoon And Kim Jung Nan Rediscover The True Meaning Of Family In Upcoming Movie 'Audrey'

The upcoming film “Audrey” has released new stills ahead of its premiere!

“Audrey” tells the story of Kang Ki Hoon (Park Ji Hoon), who lives a simple, happy life with his mother Mi Yeon (Kim Jung Nan) as they run a noodle restaurant together. However, their world is upended when Mi Yeon falls ill, prompting Ki Hoon to reconnect with his estranged sister Kang Ji Eun (Kim Bo Young).

The newly released stills offer a glimpse into the bittersweet family dynamic, featuring Mi Yeon, Ki Hoon, and Ji Eun, who has been living independently away from her family. While Ki Hoon and Mi Yeon’s bond may seem ordinary, their relationship is uniquely special. The film explores the challenges they face, diving into the deep love within their family and the sacrifices Mi Yeon makes as a mother to protect her children.

Mi Yeon runs a noodle shop and leads a modest, happy life, participating in events like local athletic events with her fellow shopkeepers.

Ki Hoon, who stays close to his mother, and Ji Eun, who has built a life of her own away from the family, both also seem to be doing well. However, other stills depict Ki Hoon’s darkening expression, hinting that something troubling has happened to his mother.

In today’s modern society where individualism and personal success are often prioritized, “Audrey” highlights the inner conflicts within a family and their journey toward reconciliation, ultimately reaffirming the true meaning of familial love.

“Audrey”  is scheduled to hit theaters in October.
