Mun Ka Young Reunites With Her First Love Choi Hyun Wook As Her Boss In "My Dearest Nemesis"
tvN’s upcoming drama “My Dearest Nemesis” has released its first look at the upcoming drama!
Based on a popular webtoon, “My Dearest Nemesis” tells the love story of a man and woman who first meet via their online game characters during their school days then meet again in real life as boss and employee 16 years later.
Mun Ka Young will take on the role of Baek Su Jeong, a skilled planner at Yongseong Department Store who is known as the “Executive Killer” for how she is more accustomed to fighting her boss rather than holding herself back. Choi Hyun Wook will play Ban Ju Yeon, the perfectionist third-generation chaebol and head of Strategic Planning at Yongseong Department Store who hides his alter ego “Black Dragon” in order to be recognized as a proper heir.
The newly released poster captures attention with how the characters are positioned around Ban Ju Yeon’s office desk. Team leader Baek Su Jeong casually leans against her boss’s desk while Ban Ju Yeon is secretly sitting beneath his desk, which is decorated with manhwa character posters. Ban Ju Yeon dives into his manhwa, making it appear as if he is in the comfort of his living room. The copy next to Baek Su Jeong reads, “My first love and most embarrassing past,” with the text next to Ban Ju Yeon reading, “Meeting him again as my boss!”
“My Dearest Nemesis” is set to premiere this February. Stay tuned for more updates!
