
Jang Ki Yong And Ahn Eun Jin Confirmed For New Romance Drama
Jang Ki Yong and Ahn Eun Jin are confirmed to lead the new SBS romantic drama “Shouldn’t Have Kissed” (literal translation)!
On January 23, the production team announced the casting of Jang Ki Yong and Ahn Eun Jin as the leads who will bring this heartfelt romance to life.
“Shouldn’t Have Kissed” tells the story of a single woman who disguises herself as a married mother to secure a job and a team leader who falls in love with her. The drama will be directed by Kim Jae Hyun of “One Dollar Lawyer” and written by Ha Yoon Ah and Tae Kyung Min, the duo behind “Mystic Pop-up Bar.”
Jang Ki Yong stars as Gong Ji Hyuk, the team leader of the Mother TF team at a baby products company. Known for his sharp intellect, calm decision-making, and passionate drive, Gong Ji Hyuk faces a deep emotional conflict between “impossible love” and “unavoidable love” when Go Da Rim, a mysterious woman, disappears after a life-changing kiss.
Jang Ki Yong, celebrated for his roles in hit dramas like “Come and Hug Me,” “Search: WWW,” and “My Roommate is a Gumiho,” is highly anticipated to captivate audiences once again with his performance in this role.
Ahn Eun Jin takes on the role of Go Da Rim, a single woman who pretends to be a married mother to secure a job on the Mother TF team. While she is focused on landing a full-time position to support her family, her heart unexpectedly begins to waver because of Gong Ji Hyuk.
Ahn Eun Jin, praised for her standout performances in “My Dearest,” “Hospital Playlist,” and “The Good Bad Mother,” continues to impress with her versatility. Fans eagerly anticipate her fresh and dynamic portrayal in this upcoming drama.
