tvN’s new weekend drama “The Potato Lab” has shared a sneak peek of Kim Ga Eun’s character!

“The Potato Lab” is a new romantic comedy drama set in a rural potato research institute. The story follows Kim Mi Kyung (Lee Sun Bin), a researcher whose life revolves entirely around potatoes, and So Baek Ho (Kang Tae Oh), a cold and principled corporate director. When So Baek Ho unexpectedly enters Kim Mi Kyung’s world, the two find themselves entangled in a whirlwind romance.

The newly released stills capture Kim Ga Eun, who transforms into the successful web novel writer and romance enthusiast Lee Ong Joo. Lee Ong Joo has been a close friend of Kim Mi Kyung for 20 years, to the extent that she decides to follow her to Gangwon Province. Fully adapting to life in Gangwon, Lee Ong Joo is seen freely enjoying the refreshing ocean.

Her curious and sparkling eyes perfectly convey her nosy yet cheeky personality. Believing wholeheartedly that “life is all about love,” Lee Ong Joo is the first to notice changes in Kim Mi Kyung. This raises anticipation for how she will play the role of cupid in the love story between Mi Kyung and Baek Ho.
