Watch: “Resident Playbook” Drops Premiere Date With A Glimpse Into The Chaotic Lives Of Go Youn Jung, Kang You Seok, And More

“Resident Playbook” has officially confirmed its premiere date!

A spin-off of the hit series “Hospital Playlist,” “Resident Playbook” depicts the realistic and relatable hospital lives, growth, and heartwarming friendships of Obstretrics and Gynecology residents at the Jongro branch of Yulje Medical Center. The series stars Go Youn Jung, Kang You Seok, Shin Si Ah, and Han Ye Ji.

On March 12, the drama officially announced its premiere date for April 12.

To build anticipation, the drama has also released a teaser video that offers a glimpse into the residents’ chaotic reality. The clip captures Oh Yi Young (Go Youn Jung), Pyo Nam Kyung (Shin Si Ah), Um Jae Il (Kang You Seok), and Kim Sa Bi (Han Ye Ji) scrambling out mid-bite from a burger to respond to an urgent call—perfectly showcasing the unpredictable nature of their daily lives.

The production team shared, “Through the journey of growth of these main characters who start out lacking knowledge, skill, and confidence, we aim to tell a relatable story that resonates with all newcomers to the workforce. As they face challenges in an unfamiliar environment, each character will grow at their own pace, and we hope viewers will look forward to their journey.”

“Resident Playbook” will premiere on April 12 at 9:10 p.m. KST on tvN.
