Kang Ha Neul Transforms From Underdog To No. 1 Crime Streamer In Upcoming Movie “Streaming”
The upcoming film “Streaming” has unveiled new stills showcasing the dramatic transformation of Kang Ha Neul’s character!
“Streaming” is a new thriller starring Kang Ha Neul as Woo Sang, the most popular streamer on a competitive platform where only the top streamer gets to take home all the sponsorship earnings. When Woo Sang discovers a clue to an unsolved serial murder case, he begins tracking down the killer while streaming his investigation in real time.
The newly released stills offer a glimpse into Woo Sang’s bleak early days when he was just another struggling streamer grasping for fame. Willing to do whatever it took to get noticed, he even resorted to making awkward guest appearances on bigger channels, dancing clumsily in hopes of catching the audience’s eye. Another still shows his modest solo broadcasts in a rundown studio, vividly illustrating the hardships of his nameless past.
But Woo Sang was determined to rise to the top. To claim the No. 1 spot in crime streaming, he went to extreme lengths—self-studying criminal profiling, reenacting crimes by playing both the victim and the perpetrator using actual FBI-inspired techniques, and even chasing down criminals himself, capturing the action live for his viewers. His gripping content eventually secured him the coveted title of the platform’s top crime streamer.
From an overlooked nobody to a wildly popular streamer with ambition burning in his eyes, Woo Sang now has everything he ever dreamed of. But in a world where popularity is fleeting, how far will he go to protect his throne?
“Streaming” is set to hit theaters on March 21. Check out a teaser here!
