Lee Sun Bin Jealously Spies On Kang Tae Oh And Jung Shin Hye In "The Potato Lab"

Lee Sun Bin is about to find herself with a romantic rival on tvN’s “The Potato Lab”!

“The Potato Lab” is a new romantic comedy that centers on a rural potato research institute. Lee Sun Bin stars as Kim Mi Kyung, a researcher whose life revolves entirely around potatoes, while Kang Tae Oh plays So Baek Ho, a cold pragmatist who joins the institute as its new director.

On the previous episode of “The Potato Lab,” despite Kim Mi Kyung’s pleas, So Baek Ho refused to cancel her termination. However, Baek Ho felt uneasy seeing Mi Kyung struggle with her dismissal. Meanwhile, Mi Kyung was left confused by all of Baek Ho’s actions, from unexpectedly pursuing her to firing her out of the blue.

In the next episode of the drama, the arrival of Yoon Hee Jin (Jung Shin Hye) will introduce another variable into this confusing relationship. Yoon Hee Jin, a new guest at So Baek Ho’s guesthouse, will have both Kim Mi Kyung and Lee Ong Joo (Kim Ga Eun) on edge.

Other photos show everyone gathered at a festive party at the guest house. Due to her friendly and sociable nature, Hee Jin decides to throw a party and invite everyone—but Mi Kyung and Ong Joo are visibly less than pleased by what transpires at the gathering. When Baek Ho attentively takes care of Hee Jin while staying by her side, Mi Kyung becomes suspicious and jealous.

Meanwhile, when Kim Hwan Kyung (Shin Hyun Seung) and Hee Jin seem to click and get along well with one another, Ong Joo becomes similarly displeased.

The drama’s production team teased, “In Episode 5, which airs today, a ‘person of interest’ who will shake up the relationships between Kim Mi Kyung, So Baek Ho, Lee Ong Joo, and Kim Hwan Kyung will arrive. Yoon Hee Jin’s arrival will light a fire in the romance between Kim Mi Kyung and So Baek Ho, in addition to the emotions of Lee Ong Joo and Kim Hwan Kyung.”
