Park Hyung Sik Challenges Lee Hae Young To Kill Him In "Buried Hearts"

SBS’s “Buried Hearts” has shared a suspenseful sneak peek of its next episode!

“Buried Hearts” tells the story of a man who manages to hack a political slush fund account worth 2 trillion won (approximately $1.4 billion) and the man who kills him without knowing he’s been hacked—thus accidentally losing the entire 2 trillion won.

The previous episode of “Buried Hearts” ended on a shocking cliffhanger, with Yum Jang Sun (Heo Joon Ho) diabolically revealing to Heo Il Do (Lee Hae Young) that Seo Dong Joo (Park Hyung Sik) is his biological son—but only after Heo Il Do had already shot Seo Dong Joo.

Newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming episode capture the moments directly after the ending of the previous episode. After Heo Il Do takes aim at Seo Dong Joo without realizing that he is his own son, Seo Dong Joo gets up and challenges his biological father to shoot him. He even goes so far as to grab Heo Il Do’s gun and boldly hold it to his own head, inviting the other man to kill him if he so chooses.

Meanwhile, Yum Jang Sun—the puppet master who created this situation while knowing that Heo Il Do and Seo Dong Joo were father and son—waits on the sidelines as this dramatic showdown unfolds.
