Rosé's "APT." Ties Record On UK's Official Singles Chart For 2nd Longest-Charting Song By K-Pop Act
BLACKPINK’s Rosé and Bruno Mars’ “APT.” continues its impressive streak on the United Kingdom’s Official Singles Chart!
For the week of May 1 to 7, “APT.” held relatively steady on the Official Singles Chart (which is widely regarded as the U.K. equivalent to Billboard’s Hot 100 in the United States). In its 28th consecutive week on the chart, “APT.” came in at No. 24.
“APT.” is now tied with BTS’s Jimin’s “Who” as the second longest-charting song by a K-pop artist on the Official Singles Chart, bested only by PSY’s iconic 2012 hit “Gangnam Style” (which spent a record 55 weeks on the chart over a decade ago).
Congratulations to Rosé!
