Ha Yoo Joon And Lee Seung Hyub Face Off In A Fiery Guitar Battle In “Spring Of Youth”
SBS’s new drama “Spring of Youth” will kick off with a guitar showdown between Ha Yoo Joon and Lee Seung Hyub!
“Spring of Youth” tells the story of Sa Gye (Ha Yoo Joon), a member of K-pop’s most famous band who is suddenly ousted from his group. As he enrolls and adjusts to college life for the first time, he falls for Kim Bom (Park Ji Hu) and rediscovers his passion for music by joining a campus band. N.Flying’s Lee Seung Hyub stars as Sa Gye’s romantic rival Seo Tae Yang, a medical student with a passion for music.
In today’s first episode, Sa Gye follows Kim Bom to Hanju University’s band club, only to be met by Tae Yang, who challenges him to a spontaneous guitar challenge. When Sa Gye learns that Tae Yang is nicknamed “Hanju’s Sa Gye,” he responds with a confident smile and a bold declaration, setting the stage for an unforgettable face-off.
What unfolds is an electrifying duet—equal parts competition and performance—as the two rivals trade riffs in a high-stakes standoff that leaves the campus crowd roaring.
As their intense musical clash hits its peak, it raises the question: how will this encounter change their dynamic?
“Spring of Youth,” which will air on Wednesdays at 10:40 p.m. KST, will air its first two episodes consecutively on May 6 and 7. The drama will also be available to watch on Viki.
