Lee Jae In Joins Ahn Bo Hyun And Lee Joo Bin In Talks For New Romance Drama

Lee Jae In may be joining Ahn Bo Hyun and Lee Joo Bin in tvN’s upcoming romance drama “Spring Fever”!

On May 21, Hankyung.com reported that Lee Jae In has been cast in the role of Choi Se Jin in “Spring Fever.”

In response, her agency Yooborn Company shared, “She has received the offer and is positively reviewing it.”

Based on a web novel, “Spring Fever” is a romance drama that follows Yoon Bom, who, after enduring emotional turmoil in Seoul, moves to the small town of Sinsu to begin anew as an exchange teacher. Initially detached and cold toward everything, she gradually opens her heart after meeting Seon Jae Kyu.

Lee Joo Bin is currently in talks to play Yoon Bom, while Ahn Bo Hyun is in discussions to star as Seon Jae Kyu.

Lee Jae In has reportedly been offered the role of Choi Se Jin, a student who transfers to a small rural school in Sinsu in hopes of achieving top grades more easily, pressured by her high-achieving family of Seoul National University alumni. However, her expectations are shattered when she meets Seon Han Gyeol—a seemingly unbeatable rival—who stirs in her a deep sense of frustration and complex emotions.

Cho Jun Young is reportedly in talks to play Seon Han Gyeol, though his company has yet to comment on the report.
