
Ji Chang Wook Is Framed For Murder By Mastermind Doh Kyung Soo In Upcoming Revenge Drama “The Manipulated”
Disney+ has released new stills of Ji Chang Wook and Doh Kyung Soo in character for their upcoming drama “The Manipulated”!
On May 23, Walt Disney Company Korea hosted a “Disney+ Open House” event at its Gangnam headquarters in Seoul, where it unveiled its upcoming original K-drama lineup for the second half of the year.
Among the highlights was “The Manipulated,” a suspenseful revenge series starring Ji Chang Wook, Doh Kyung Soo, Lee Kwang Soo, and Jo Yoon Soo.
Penned by Oh Sang Ho of the “Taxi Driver” series and “The Roundup : Punishment” (“The Outlaws 4”), “The Manipulated” follows Tae Joong, an ordinary man whose life is turned upside down when he is wrongfully imprisoned for a heinous crime. Upon discovering that everything was orchestrated by Yo Han, he sets out on a journey of revenge.
Ji Chang Wook stars as Tae Joong, a man living a quiet, uneventful life—until he’s suddenly framed for murder and everything falls apart. As he uncovers the truth behind the carefully plotted crime, Tae Joong sets out to take down the one pulling the strings: the cold and calculating Yo Han (Doh Kyung Soo).
