Lee Jae In Explores Unique Chemistry With Oh Jung Se, GOT7's Jinyoung, And More In New Film “Hi-5”
Upcoming film “Hi-5” has dropped new stills featuring its cast!
“Hi-5” is a comic action adventure about five people who unexpectedly gain different superpowers through organ transplants and must defend themselves against those who seek to exploit their abilities.
The newly released stills showcase the vibrant charm and energetic performance of Lee Jae In, while highlighting the film’s unique characters and strong on-screen chemistry.
Wan Seo (Lee Jae In) forms a close bond with aspiring writer Ji Seong (Ahn Jae Hong), who also develops powers following an organ transplant. Their playful, down-to-earth dynamic—resembling that of a jobless uncle and his clever niece—adds humor and relatability that’s sure to resonate with audiences.
Another still features Sun Nyeo (Ra Mi Ran), a lively manager who becomes prettier after a kidney transplant. Alongside Wan Seo, seen energetically pushing a cart, the two share a spirited, sister-like bond that transcends differences in age, personality, and appearance.
Adding heart to the story is Jong Min (Oh Jung Se), a devoted father who constantly worries about his daughter. His chemistry with Wan Seo, who keeps her superpowers hidden, creates a fun and unpredictable father-daughter duo that delivers both laughs and heartfelt moments.
The film builds to a thrilling climax with a high-stakes showdown between Wan Seo, who uses all her abilities to fight evil, and Young Chun (GOT7’s Jinyoung), the most powerful figure in the superpowered world. Their intense battle promises suspense, explosive action, and deeper immersion into the film’s universe.
“Hi-5” is set to hit theaters on May 30.
