Lee Sun Bin Sets Out On A Terrifying Search For Her Missing Sister In New Horror Film "Noise"
Upcoming movie “Noise” has unveiled new stills of Lee Sun Bin!
“Noise” is a horror film about the events that occur to Joo Young (Lee Sun Bin) and her younger sister Joo Hee (Han Soo Ah) after they move into a new apartment. One day, Joo Hee disappears without a trace from the apartment, leaving Joo Young and Joo Hee’s boyfriend Ki Hoon (Kim Min Seok) to face a horrific situation as they search the apartment building to find Joo Hee as well as the source of the disturbing noise.
In the newly released stills, Joo Young appears visibly shaken—clutching a phone with a fearful expression in one scene and stepping outside her front door with a look of horror in another. One image captures her making a shushing gesture as if sensing something ominous nearby, while another shows her holding a pamphlet for her missing sister with tearful eyes.
Additional stills show Joo Young walking down an apartment hallway and looking around a basement, building suspense about what kind of dangers await her in this mysterious place.
Director Kim Soo Jin praised Lee Sun Bin’s compelling performance, remarking, “I had always thought of Lee Sun Bin as an expressive and charming actress. She mentioned that she is a fan of the horror-thriller genre, and I was amazed at how deeply she understood her character as soon as she read the script for ‘Noise.’”
The director added, “Until now, Lee Sun Bin has been known primarily for her comedic and cheerful image, but in ‘Noise,’ she will showcase a different kind of charm that she hasn’t revealed before.”
“Noise” is set to hit theaters in June.
