Park Bo Gum, Kim So Hyun, Lee Sang Yi, And More Display Fighting Spirit In New Drama "Good Boy" Poster

JTBC’s upcoming drama “Good Boy” has unveiled a new group poster!

“Good Boy” is a comic action drama that follows a group of former national athletes Yoon Dong Joo (Park Bo Gum), Ji Han Na (Kim So Hyun), Kim Jong Hyun (Lee Sang Yi), Go Man Sik (Heo Sung Tae), and Shin Jae Hong (Tae Won Suk)—who become police officers through a special recruitment program. Swapping medals for badges, they take on a world full of corruption, deception, and injustice.

Following the “Hero” and “Winner” versions, the newly released “Fighting” version of the main poster delivers the message that national athletes, who once seized medals in their respective sports, have reunited as police officers to take on a true match against injustice.

The five “Good Boy” avengers walk confidently in their national team training uniforms. Each of them holds an item symbolizing the sport in which they excel and their achievements. Just as their specialties differ, so do their personalities and unique charms.

Yoon Dong Joo, a boxing gold medalist, lifts his champion belt high with a triumphant smile. He is a passionate young man whose fiery confidence ignites whenever he encounters injustice or dishonesty. In contrast, Ji Han Na, a shooting gold medalist with a rifle slung over her shoulder, reveals her cool-headed character through her unwavering gaze—she is someone who can calmly control herself in any crisis or obstacle.

Former fencing silver medalist Kim Jong Hyun, gripping his sword tightly, exudes a sharp aura with his intense focus and competitive spirit clearly on display. Go Man Sik, a wrestling bronze medalist, shows his fighting spirit and perseverance through his lowered, combative stance and firmly set mouth, with a towel draped around his neck. Shin Jae Hong, a discus bronze medalist, radiates a reassuring energy with his broad shoulders and the powerful momentum as if he is ready to throw at any moment.

The production team remarked, “This ‘Fighting’ version poster fully showcases each character’s action and energy. The teamwork of these characters as they charge head-on against injustice, along with action scenes that highlight their individual sports specialties, will be a key pillar of the drama.”

“Good Boy” is set to premiere on May 31 at 10:40 p.m. KST.
